Bedford Reservation
- Beginning July 16, 2025 - Hemlock Picnic Area will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays until further notice.
Brecksville Reservation
- Beginning July 16, 2025 - Lower Chippewa picnic area will be closed for a trail project.
Hinckley Reservation
- Beginning June 16th , 2025 - Hinkley Lake trail between Johnson's Creek and State Road will be closed for dredging operations in Hinckley Lake. In addition, the Hinckley Lake trail between the spillway and West Drive connector will remain closed as it has been since October 2023 for ongoing construction at the spillway. The All-Purpose Trail and West Drive will be closed Monday through Friday from 6:00AM to 5:00PM starting June 16th, 2025, while dredging operations are in progress. This closure will be from West Drive Parking Area to State Road. Please follow all posted signs.
Lakefront Reservation
- Beginning August 5, 2024 through August of 2025 - The Coast Guard Causeway is closed for the US Army Corps of Engineers re-building of the causeway out to the old coast guard station. It is closed to vehicles, pedestrians, bicycles, dog walkers, and anglers.
Rocky River Reservation
- July 14, 2025 - The south entrance of South Mastick, Cottonwood, and Sycamore parking lots are closed for pavement marking repainting.
- Beginning March 3, 2025 – Valley Parkway, between Shepard Lane and Cedar Point Road will be closed for a bridge construction project. Detour directions: Valley Parkway to Shepard Lane to Mastick Road to Columbia Road to Cedar Point Road to Valley Parkway. Expected to reopen August 1, 2025.
South Chagrin Reservation
- Beginning February 18, 2025 - Sulphur Springs/Chagrin River Road/Miles Road closed to pedestrians and horseback riders for the Sulphur Realignment Project. The trail that crosses Deer Lick Creek will be closed for the duration of the project. Ongoing until Summer 2025.
Washington Reservation
- Beginning October 15, 2024 – The Arborview Picnic Shelter will have limited parking and access to picnic shelter, playground facility and general ground for a Northeast Ohio Sewer District Construction project. Expected completion is August 31, 2028.
