Garfield Parkway Culvert Replacement



Cleveland Metroparks, in coordination with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), will complete a replacement of the culvert carrying Mill Creek under Garfield Parkway in Garfield Park Reservation. Project improvements will include replacement and shortening of the existing culvert under Garfield Parkway, and stream restoration of approximately 250 linear feet of Mill Creek.
