You may donate cash, securities or real estate in your will or trust to further conservation, education and recreation in Cleveland Metroparks. Or you may designate your gift to the Emerald Necklace Endowment Fund of The Cleveland Foundation to preserve and protect Cleveland Metroparks for generations to come.

The following language is suggested for a gift in a will directed to Cleveland Metroparks:

I give [amount or description] to Cleveland Metroparks, a separate political subdivision of the State of Ohio, to benefit Cleveland Metroparks in accordance with and subject to the governing instruments of the Park District.

b. If the bequest is the remainder of an estate:
