School Field Trip Admission Scholarship Application
**This is for field trips/ Zoo admission only – if Transportation Scholarship was submitted, do not submit this application **
Limited funds are available for free Zoo admission to certain schools thanks to the Cleveland Zoological Society. Due to construction, scholarships are only available for visits on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Successful applications will be forwarded to our Program Registration team, who will make a reservation for your group and send you ticketing information. You DO NOT need to reach out to Program Registration or reserve tickets separately if you complete this form. If your application is not successful, you will be notified.
Successful applicants will:
- be a grade preK-12 group from an Ohio school (public or private)
- have 30% or more of students receiving free/ reduced lunch as documented by the State of Ohio
- schedule a visit on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday in 2025
